Es handelt sich um eine Drehmaschine mit dem IP-M und Mach3.

Folgendes habe ich versucht.

• Ethernet energie mode deaktiviert
• neues bessergeschirmtes CAT7 kabel
• Vor dem Schütz noch ein Relais geschalten (Ich dachte zuerst der Schaltstrom den 24V Schützes ist zu hoch) 

 

Zum Testen und schnellen erzwingen des Fehlers habe ich ein Programm geschrieben wo er M3, M4 und M5 alle 2-4 Sekunden schaltet. ( der Fehler kommt nach ca. 5-10 Minuten Programm Laufzeit )

after a retrofit I am experiencing a problem that I can’t get under control and would like to ask for help.

The machine is a lathe using an IP-M motion controller with Mach3.

The following issue occurs: when I switch the spindle using M3 or M4, an error message appears from time to time:

“Connection Lost! Check ethernet cable and retry to connect.”

The problem is that this happens very sporadically. Sometimes it occurs about 20 times a day, and sometimes only twice a day, even though the operation is the same.

Here is what I have tried so far:

• Disabled Ethernet power‑saving / energy mode
• Replaced the Ethernet cable with a new, better-shielded CAT7 cable
• Added a relay in front of the contactor (at first I assumed that the switching current of the 24 V contactor might be too high)

For testing and to reproduce the error more quickly, I wrote a program that switches between M3, M4, and M5 every 2–4 seconds.
With this program, the error occurs after approximately 5–10 minutes of runtime.
