Fusion 360 plasma cutting post processor

In case someone is using Fusion 360 and SimCNC for CNC plasma cutting like I am - I did not find a working Fusion 360 post processor, so I wrote my own.
You can find it on github.
There is nothing specific to my CNC plasma table in there, so it should work for any other X-Y cutting table.
