Homing speed not follow FRO

Hello,

Is it possible to set homing to follow feedrate setting?

I have long working area but still precise control so I dont want to go to homesensor with high speed, but if my axis are stopped to another end of the machine it takes lot of time to home machine. (8000mm of stroke and homing speed 25mm/s takes at least 6mins to home).

If i set homing speed to eg. 100mm/s and slower it with FRO setting to 25% it goes as slow as needed to home sensor, but I can run faster the 90% of lenght.

To adjust the FRO setting, you need to stand near the machine and monitor the movement. So why don't you just "jog" your long axis to a point near to your reference switch before starting the reference movement?

Yes I would do that, but cannot find option to jog before homing?
