Macro to create a .go file

Good morning,
we´ve got the need for a feedback from Mach4 when a file is started or finished - therefore we would need support for a Macro to create a ".go file". Is there any instruction we can follow or any payable service that we can book? Moreover it should contain the elapsed time (start + end time).
It would be great to get some feedback.
