Probing moves in XY direction for plasma profile

Hey there,
I am in the progress of migrating my CNC plasma from Mach3 to SimCNC. Close to my first cut, hopefully.
When I use the probing script, my table moves in XY direction and a tiny bit in Z -
there's no point in moving XY during probing. How to configure the probing.py to only probe in Z direction?
The script in the plasma profile already looks like it only instructs Z movement, which confuses me why SimCNC would move XY also...
Any help is greatly appreciated.

ah, reading more into the scribe, there's a flag to disable it. now off to tune cutting parameters!

Material probing on 'm3' command is done directly in m3.py macro and as as I know it only move Z axis on probing. If you also use tool probing and probing.py macro - open macro in editor and look for following lines:
# other options moveX = True moveY = True
Set both variables to False, and the will be no movement on XY axes.
