selected language in main menu

is there a possibilty to figure out in python script witch language is selected in main menue?

was not able to find it in config.xml.

Language setting is not stored in .xml file.

On windows you can find it in the registry:
HKEY_USERS\<user-id>\Software\CS-Lab s.c.\simCNC\language
