Start Profile

Hello, my name is Luis, I am installing the CSLab program, 
and when I run it I get a screen that is flat: Start Profile, 
when I want to generate a new Profile, it sends me an error that
 says: Nothing was created "" already exists

I used the virtual option, connected the device, it detected it, 
I put its Perpetual license on it, and I ran the program again, 
and the same error continues.

How to fix? or make a new Profile?

Hello Luis!

When you click "create new" and enter your profile name, did you then press the enter key on the keyboard?
