Our devices are controlled by our own real-time operating system (ProcSequencer). All of CS-LAB controllers have a bootloader on board, so there is no risk of damaging the device after firmware update fails. The update is performed with aid of the intuitive Firmware Update Utility, it does not require your knowledge of actual hardware. If software update is available, you can download it from our website.
