error 81/ error 10061
Hello everybody,
I am now trying to fit a csmio-a with sim cnc on an old mecanumeric 3 axis router. Please consider i'm an absolute beginner !
I managed to plug and configure (thanks to Wojtek) the X1 axis, wich seems to work great.
Now trying to run the X2 (should be slave of X1, obviously) : Of course i did exactly the same but it always returns a 81 or 10061 error in pid loop, after a very small move, and then the controller is in e-stop. (i plugged it on Ch3, and tryied to run it as a c axis or as a slave, it's the same.)
Would you please give a hand and tell me where to search ?

Hello.
The master and slave drive should be commissioned, configured, and tested at the same time.
This will help you avoid a situation in which one drive breaks the other.
Therefore, configure the Master and Slave axes to work together and only then take further action.
Below is an example for the Y-axis and MotionKit 1 and 4.
1) Add another MotionKit (Slave) for the Y axis (example axis):
2) Set up both MotionKits.
3) Make the first very slow pass of the gantry with JOG.
4) If it turns out that one of the motors is working in the wrong direction, use the option for it (found in the MotionKit settings):
5) Perform the first homing.
6) Measure the curvature of the gantry.
7) Enter the required correction value into the MotionKit Slave:
The adjustment value can be positive or negative. The sign of the correction value determines the direction of the axis.
8) If the corrective move causes an overrun on the limit switch, use the option shown below:
This option allows you to offset the axis after homing.
