If you experience issues with any of CS-Lab products, please get in touch with suppor@cs-lab.eu. The vast majority of problems are easy to diagnose by contacting our technicians. Remember to include the serial number of your device. However, if there is a suspicion of device damage, our team will inform you about further steps.
