Parameter table: Name, Value str, R/W, Stored

Hey, I want to translate a text:
Hey, the parameter table has the entries: No, Value, Name, Value str, R/W, Stored.
For example, with "d.setMachineParam(105, 999)" I can set parameter 105 to 999.
Is there a way to also set the fields "Name, Value str, R/W, Stored"?
It would already help me if I could set the name, as that makes things clearer.

Currently, there is no such possibility, but we have already thought about it and will introduce it in the future.
