Rs485 to USB adapter for vfd control Mach3

I have an IPS controller and I'm trying to get spindle control via 2 wire rs485 adapter with a Simphoenix E550 vfd. My other machine is using this method with a Huanyang 2.2kw VFD with cheap controller and a plugin to make it all work. However I'm not sure how to go about setting this up with my IPS? Any help? Thanks

I think we also talked in an email:

                >>> There's a plugin for the huanyang 2.2kw vfd and spindle.

Since you've already been down this road with another VFD, you know what to do. We are not the creators or maintainers of Mach3, so we have nothing to do with plug-ins for RS485-controlled VFDs. Ask the Mach3 manufacturer if he can help you, they may provide you with a specific solution.

Neither Mach3 nor simCNC software has spindle control via 485-modbus.

Spindle control is implemented by hardware signals, rotation switching (LEFT/RIGHT) and 0-10V rotation control.

In the simCNC controller, you can write a script in PYTHON on your computer that would load into an external 485 converter and control the spindle.

Here is an example of a library
