True isometric view in the path view window
Is it possible to edit the path view widget somehow to show a true isometric view?
Currently when you set isometric, all axes are at strange angles (see my first image)
It would be very nice if it could behave like normal isometric view in drawings where the Z axis remains vertical and X and Y are at 30 degrees from horizontal.
my second image i have tried my best to drag it with a mouse to roughly how it should look.
please excuse the terrible colours, i am playing and learning with GUI editor.

SimCNC currently has an isometric projection but now when I look at it I realized that it is not 100% isometric projection.
I spoke to the developer, and he will change it.
The case has ticket number #509, you can refer to it in the future if you wish.
Are there any updates to this? I also find that the existing views pretty much always require that the first thing I do when I start the software is change the view to an isometric view with the Z vertical in the middle of the view and X+ Y+ axis pointing toward the operator, same way you view the machine. It would be nice if there were user specified saved view option.

Isometric view issue (ticket #509) has been resolved in version 3.600.
Version 3.600 will be released in a few weeks, it's hard to say exactly when.

You can set a default view in the GUI editor.
