You can't count on high accuracy here.

You won't freeze the spindle! When the spindle enters the fork (into the changer socket), the spindle will rotate and the fork will be damaged.

I won't modify this macro because it makes no sense.
Many customers had the same idea as you and always ended up buying a VFD with encoder input and the option of spindle positioning.

In this case, use holders without the need to position the spindle.
